Refund policy

We want you to love ypur purchase but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund according to the policy below.

EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURN / REFUND
Refunds are only applicable if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must send the item back to us. After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed.

Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7 working days.

SHIPPING
Return shipping is covered by us only if a wrong or damaged item was delivered.
In all other cases, the customer bears the return courier cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect details, or unconfirmed orders.
